HENZ TG100 is a microprocessor-based generator controller which transfers the load between the Mains and the Generator automatically and manually, monitors single or 3 phase Mains voltage and current and checks for system failures.
HENZ TG100 has 3 main operating modes : Automatic, Test, OFF. Which you can set your desired operation mode via the buttons located on the front panel. For instance in the automatic mode, in case mains failure the controller will start the generator automatically and the load will be transmitted. In this operation mode, after the controller started the generator it checks the determined time period through “ Circuit Breaker Delay “ and controls all the failures of the system.
In “ TEST “ mode, the genset controller will start the generator and in the meantime the contactors will be controlled through MC & GC buttons.in this operation mode, despite existence the Mains, the generator will be started by the controller.
In “ OFF “ mode, HENZ TG100 will start the cool-down operation and then will be turn off. If the operator presses the Off button twice, the generator will be turn off without “ cool-down “ operation.
By entering to the “ MENU “ section of the controller, the operator can change and save any parameter. This feature of the HENZ TG100 allows it to be easily adapted to any generator without the necessity for a separate unit.
